Excellent food, great outdoor dining area, and fast and professional service. We are in town for the weekend and this small steakhouse was close and a great choice. We got the steak and chicken pesto. Both cooked very well. Pasta had great flavor. Steak was ordered medium rare, but it came out medium. Still a good quality steak. Outdoor is a very romantic setting. They have a koi pond and a water fountain. Only negative were the plastic chairs. They didn't match the aesthetic. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Charming small restaurant that calls itself a steak house but has so much more. I had chicken parm with pasta and a salad that was delicious and beautifully presented. Other choices (besides 5 or 6 different steak choices) included fish and chips, several other pastas, and assorted salads. Highly recommend!

What a sweet little casual steakhouse in Cortez. Great food. Service was excellent. I had the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. A great place to get good food and relax with friends.

After a day in Mesa Verde, we found this piece of jewelry. The food was excellent, and our service was quick and very nice. The patio is quite beautiful.

Beautiful atmosphere & excellent food! We all had different items from the menu and all of them were delicious. I loved the outdoor courtyard to eat at, and they even allowed my grandkids to feed the coy fish in the pond. Such a wonderful delight to eat out with our family tonight!

Loved the small town elegant feel to the restaurant, it felt homey. The waitress was great and food came out quickly and hot. The country fried Bison and Elk Burger was amazing, would definitely eat here again. Their ranch for their salad was great and the steak fries/potato wedges were huge. Highly recommend

My family and I came here after Mesa Verde National Park to try bison and elk meat for the first time! I was a bit intimidated to try the bison meat, but it tasted just like a burger patty/regular meat, and was pretty good. Ribeye steak here is perfect. Juicy, well-cooked, and the waffle fries were delicious. My favorite dish of them all though, was the country fried elk. I was most intimidated by this meat, but it was actually delicious! I loved the crunchy way it was cooked. Additionally, the owner was super nice and talked with me and my family.
